Champion Ice Cream ("we", "us") provides ice cream truck and cart catering across Toronto and the GTA. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled.
What we collect
The only information we collect through this website is what you choose to give us when you request a quote:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address, if you provide one
- Your event type, date, and any details you type in
We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not collect any information automatically just by you browsing the pages.
How we use it
We use the details you submit for exactly one purpose: to contact you about your quote request and, if you book with us, to plan and deliver your event. We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.
Who sees it
Your quote request is delivered to our team using the following service providers, solely to make that delivery possible:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and processes the form submission
- Resend — an email delivery service we use to send your request to our inbox
These providers process your information only to deliver your message to us; they don't use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep quote request details in our email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you book with us, to deliver your event. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us using the details below and we'll do so.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just reach out using the contact details below.
