These terms apply when you request a quote from or book catering services with Champion Ice Cream ("we", "us"). By submitting a quote request or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes & booking

A quote request submitted through this website is not a confirmed booking. Your event is only confirmed once we've agreed on details and you've received written confirmation from us.

Deposits & payment

A deposit of [owner to confirm: e.g. 25%] is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due [owner to confirm: e.g. on the day of the event]. Accepted payment methods: [owner to confirm].

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations made at least [owner to confirm: e.g. 14 days] before the event are eligible for [owner to confirm: e.g. a full refund of the deposit]. Cancellations made after that point are [owner to confirm]. We're happy to work with you on rescheduling where possible — contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed.

Weather & circumstances beyond our control

In the rare case that severe weather, vehicle issues, or other circumstances outside our control prevent us from attending your event, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or discuss a refund.

Service area

We serve Toronto and the surrounding GTA. Events outside this area may be possible with an additional travel fee — ask us when requesting your quote.

Liability

We carry out our services with care and attention to food safety. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to ingredients disclosed in advance as part of our standard menu; please let us know about any allergies in your group when booking so we can advise accordingly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation applies to your event.
